Turbine Europe acquisition
On March 18 2022, Turbine Europe was acquired by Howden Maintenance Partners. Turbine Europe is an independent service provider of radial turbo expanders, used primarily in air separation and mid-stream and downstream gas processing. The asset deal combines Turbine Europe’s expertise of turbo-expander services with Maintenance Partners extensive turbomachinery engineering and workshop capabilities. Together with Howden’s technology and digital service solutions this acquisition will provide customers with a ‘one stop shop’ for turbo-expander, aimed to maximise reliability.
Turbine Europe’s activities are fully integrated Maintenance Partners. The activities will be carried out by the Turbine Europe team, supported by the Maintenance Partners workshop, field and engineering departments.
The Turbine Europe team has 15 years of experience with various brands and types of radial turbo expanders and delivers services and spare parts of the highest quality. The work carried out by the Turbine Europe team is highly regarded by customers around the world.
