Breaking News | Management Buy Out

Antwerp, November 16, 2015 – Maintenance Partners, the market leader in the Benelux for engineered services and maintenance, repair and overhaul of electrical or mechanical rotating machines, transformers and wind turbines announces to continue its business operations as an independent company. After a successful reorganization under the wings of Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems the Belgian management takes over Maintenance Partners through a management buy-out.

With mutual respect both companies have extensively been discussing their future business strategies in recent months. Both management teams came to the agreement that Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems (MHPS) and Maintenance Partners have the expertise and market opportunities to successfully build a future for their respective businesses without the condition to operate under the same umbrella. The Belgian management will acquire Maintenance Partners for 100% through a management buy-out procedure.

Both companies will continue to work closely together in the future as Maintenance Partners remains a partner of MHPS in Europe.

The management team and all the employees of Maintenance Partners would like to thank Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems for the business dedication the Japanese company has given to its now former Belgian daughter since 2009.
