Many of the controls systems supplied with the original turbine package are outdated and incorporate components that are becoming increasingly difficult to source. In the past a PLC based system with password protected software was used in combination with a separate Woodward or HSDE Digicon governing system. The components used in these systems are now aging, which results in less reliable systems.

We offer a new control system based on a Siemens S7 PLC platform, and a back up hardwired protection module.

We work with open software, this means that the customer can access the program for troubleshooting. This in combination with our telephone support minimizes downtime.

Our telephone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This system has all the advantages of an OEM system, including datalogging, trending, remote monitoring etc.

Since we utilise only commonly used parts, long term availability of these spare parts is guaranteed.

We also retain a configured control system in stock for emergencies, allowing an exchange to take place within a couple of weeks.

We also carry some of the critical parts of the commonly used control systems such as, Woodward and HSDE governors, T5 box, Thermocouple box, and Leukhard PLC cards etc.
